How return requests are handled.
What happens when a buyer reports a problem?
The buyer reports it to Buyinn, and our team takes it up with you through Chat with the order in front of both of us.
How are return requests reviewed?
Case by case, against what was ordered and what arrived. We may ask you or the buyer for photographs or other evidence before settling it.
What happens with partial returns?
Only the affected lines are settled; the rest of the order stands.
Who bears return delivery costs?
It depends on why the goods are going back. The outcome is agreed with you before anything is charged.
Does a return affect my stock?
Where goods come back to you, the quantity is returned to your stock and the movement is recorded, so your figures and the order always agree.
