How do I add or update products?

Send your catalogue or the changes to the Buyinn team through Chat in your portal, and we list and update them for you. Supplier self-service for the catalogue is not part of the portal today.

How does quantity pricing work?

A product can carry a ladder of prices: one package costs the base price, and from a quantity you choose every package costs less. Each rung must be cheaper than the one above it. Tell us the ladder you want and we set it.

How do I update stock levels?

Tell us through Chat and we adjust them. Every change is recorded with who made it and when, so the history always explains a figure.

How do I make a product unavailable?

Ask us to hide it. A hidden product disappears from the storefront immediately but keeps its history, so it can come back without being rebuilt.

How is packaging shown to buyers?

Each product says what one package contains — a carton of six rolls of 22 cm, for example — and prices are quoted per package. Give us the packing details and they appear on the product page and in the buyer's basket.
