When and how do I receive payment?
You are paid for order lines that have been delivered and paid for by the buyer, less Buyinn's commission. Payments are recorded against those lines, so every riyal is traceable to the order it came from.
Where can I see my sales and payouts?
Under Selling in your portal: what you have sold, what is owed to you and what has already been sent.
How is commission worked out?
A percentage of what your goods sold for, excluding delivery. Your rate is on your account and the statement shows the figure line by line.
How do I update my company or bank details?
Your company details and addresses are under Profile and Addresses; your bank details are under Payment method. Changes to bank details are checked before the next payment.
How do I reach the Buyinn team?
Chat in your portal. Every message is kept with your account, so whoever picks it up can see the whole conversation.
