How to join Buyinn and set up your supplier account.

How do I become a Buyinn supplier?

Apply from the Become a supplier page. The form asks for your company, your commercial registration and VAT details, and the categories you supply. Nothing is listed until a person has reviewed it.

What information is required for the application?

Your legal name and commercial registration, your VAT registration where you have one, a contact person, your address, and the bank details we pay you to. Documents can be uploaded as you go.

How long does the application review take?

A person checks every application, including the documents. You will be told the outcome by email, and the application page shows where it has reached in the meantime.

How will I know if my application is approved?

By email, and your supplier sign-in starts working. If something was missing you are told what it was, and you can apply again with a note saying what has changed.

How do I get started after approval?

Sign in to the supplier portal and set your delivery address, your payment method and your profile. Our team lists your catalogue with you, and orders start arriving under Orders.
